Terms and Conditions

• Phogos maintains the right to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating discrimination based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Phogos production.
• You agree to not use Phogos service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• The customer gives Phogos the right of use for created and transmitted designs - this includes the right to print the design on the product. Phogos does not retain the right to sell customer designs.
• Phogos retains the right to use the design of a customer for advertising.
• By transmitting the design, the customer assures Phogos that no rights of a third party are thereby violated. Any copyright violations are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer must insure that any designs in no way infringe the rights of third parties. Phogos may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, discontinue and/or terminate the orders of users who may be repeat infringers of copyright violations.
• The customer will exempt Phogos upon first request of all demands and requirements incurring from third-party rights violations. The customer must refund all arising costs of the defense and other damage to Phogos. Phogos can demand advance payments of an estimated amount of the defense costs.
• The customer is required to give Phogos immediate written notice of a claim of third-party rights violations.
• If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes a copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise debased, please contact us.

How long does it take to get my Phogo after I place my order?
We ship your image within 7-10 days. Customers should receive their order within 10-14 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes.

How do you ship my order?
We ship via USPS. Remember to reserve your box for storage of your Phogos Custom Wall Graphic(s).

Can I get a rush order?
Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact us directly.

May I change/cancel my order?
Yes, however, you only have 6 hours because we print FAST! 6 hours is all you get! Please email or call us to change or cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
Wall graphics are custom made, therefore, no returns are accepted. If we make any error in our printing process, please let us know, we stand behind our products and will issue a return authorization in this case. Your graphic will be as good as your upload. We reserve the right to reject any image submitted.
