Frequently Asked Questions

• How soon will my Phogo be shipped? Please allow 7-10 business days to create your Phogo. After that, we will ship your Phogo to the address provided.
• What surfaces will my Phogo stick to? Phogos are intended for use on clean, dry, flat surfaces only. Attempting to place your Phogo on a surface that does not meet those specifications, including textured surfaces, may result in your Phogo not sticking properly.
• How do I move my Phogo to a new location? Decide where you want to install your Phogo and wipe the wall clean using a dry cloth only. Carefully remove the Phogo from one wall and carry it to the new location. Follow the installation instructions. If you are moving it to a new location that is not within walking distance, place your Phogo on the original liner it came with and move it to your new location.
• What if I no longer have the liner that my Phogo came on and I want to move it? Find some greaseproof wax paper. Carefully remove the Phogo from the wall and place it on a flat, dry, clean area with adhesive side up. Cover the entire adhesive area of your Phogo with the wax paper. Roll it up. Do not fold your Phogo as it will cause creases.
• What is your Phogo return policy? We will only replace items that were damaged during shipping. Because it is a custom product, we reserve the right to allow replacements based upon our discretion. However, you shouldn't have an issue or return if you've uploaded an image that meets our specifications and followed the installation instructions closely. If you believe that you have received a damaged Phogo, please email customer service at cathy@phogos.com.
• Why did my credit card authorization fail? If your credit card authorization fails, please try again or try a different credit card. If you continue to have problems, please contact Phogos and we will enter manually.
• Is your site safe and secure? This site is very secure. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. As an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers provided to Phogos are not kept after your order is processed.
• Where are Phogos produced? Phogos are manufactured and shipped in the USA.
